Dear Partners,

I hope that you are all settled in back at your home institutions and are ready to begin the serious work in implementing DARE.  Here are some assignments for you. Please make sure you follow the instructions, and if something is not clear, please feel free to ask. We are all going to benefit from you questions.

       1.Sign into website:  https://dare.erasmus-plus.org.il/

2.       Click on Work Packages

3.       Click on Work packages #3

4.       Click on Survey and fill it out (takes 5 minutes).

March 10, 2016

2. Uploading Framework Plan (referred to as Action plan chart in Murcia)

       1.Sign into website:  https://dare.erasmus-plus.org.il/

2.       Click on Work Packages

3.       Click on Work packages #1

4.       Download template of Framework Plan.

5.        Fill in the template according to the indicators.

6.       Upload this document in WP1 “Submitting your Framework Plan”.

    3.  Uploading Financial Documents of Travel.

1.Sign into website:  https://dare.erasmus-plus.org.il/

2. Click on Financial Reports.

3. Click on your institution.

4. Download Travel Report (Annex III form).

5.  Fill out and scan Travel Report (be sure to fill out each topic and have it signed).

6. In First Financial Report section click on “supporting documents”.

7. Click on Add new Entry

8.  Budget item: click on “Choose”  and click on “Travel Costs and Costs of Stay”.

9. Click on type of document (e.g. Travel form, boarding passes, hotel invoices) and upload document.

 

5.       Uploading financial documents of staff costs.

1.Sign into website:  https://dare.erasmus-plus.org.il/

2. Click on Financial Reports.

3. Click on your institution.

4. Download staff convention and Template timesheet forms.

5.  Fill out and scan these documents (be sure to fill out each topic and have it signed AND STAMPED-requires 2 signatures).

6. In First Financial Report section click on “supporting documents”.

7. Click on Add new Entry

8.  Budget item: click on “Choose”  and click on

9. Click on type of document ( time sheets, Staff convention, contracts or proof of employee-employer relations) and upload documents. 

Please note contract only has to be uploaded once for each staff member (or again if a new contract is signed which covers a new period of work).

 

 

6.       Uploading financial documents for equipment.

1.Sign into website:  https://dare.erasmus-plus.org.il/

2. Click on Financial Reports.

3. Click on your institution.

4. Click on “add new entry”

5.  Choose equipment.  Chose type of document (invoice, registry of equipment as HEI property, bank transference) and upload it.  Be sure to write a reference number that corresponds to the partner number and number of the equipment that you have listed in your excel form for budget management.
